An item is defective?
Please report the defective device to the relevant service center for repair.
Are you an end customer and your product has technical problems or you want to have it repaired?
Please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the device first. If the device is defective within the warranty period, the dealer will have it inspected and repaired. For repairs outside the warranty period or for ordering spare parts, we also recommend contacting an authorized dealer.
Damaged shipment?
Unfortunately, damage can occur during transport. You can report any damage to the package, general cargo or article to us directly.
